Features of Gear Unit
Gear Housing
Gear Housing is made of closely cast iron, which adequate ribs for strength which is oil tight and dust proof.
Gears
Gears are made from high quality case carburized alloy steel. Gears are case hardened and tooth profile are ground finish with high accuracy.
Bearing
Best Quality imported bearing are used in our helical gearbox. All bearings are selected with precised calculation for radial and axial thrust load.
Lubrication
The pinion, gears and bearings are automatically through lubrication by the splash of oil from the sump. We use attached oil pump for forced lubrication for gears and bearings in heavy size gearbox, Customer need to take care of oil level of sump.
Cooling system
We used best quality copper pipe which precisely fitted inside the gear box for cooling of entire gearbox. Inlet and outlet connected with water supply system.
